The 41st Mountian Moonshine Festilval is coming up on Oct 25th and 26th.  Restaurantsallday and friends are planning to attend.

The Moonshine Festival explores Dawson County's history during the prohibition era when liquor was illegal and the Great Depression of the 1930's when running moonshine through the foothills of the Northeast Georgia Mountains was a way of life. On Sat., the 25^th, crafts, food and entertainment will begin at 8:00 a.m. on the square in Dawsonville. The parade will begin at 9:00 a.m.  See a huge car show lining the streets, including vintage racecars and their drivers.   Sunday October 26th – Activities continue with music, dancers, kid’s games and rides, exhibits, crafts, food and cars, cars and more cars!  Fun for the entire family.  Free Admission.
